Privacy Policy

Who I am
Mea Digital is my website design business. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit meadigital.co.uk or get in touch, and what I do with it.
If you have any questions, email stephen@meadigital.co.uk and I'll come straight back to you.
What I collect
When you ask for a call, I ask for your name, phone number and email, and may ask for your business, trade and what you need. For a free mock-up I ask for your name, trade and phone number; you can also give me your business name and town. I use these details to respond to your request, not to add you to a marketing list.
When you browse the site, my advertising partners (Google and Meta, the company behind Facebook) measure whether my ads led to your visit. This can include pages you viewed, that an ad was shown or clicked, and your general region. I do not sell your information to anyone.
Cookies and ads
With advertising permission, I report successful saved enquiry forms to Google Ads to measure and optimise advertising. Phone and WhatsApp button taps are recorded separately: they do not prove a call connected, a message was sent, a booking was made or a sale occurred. No names, phone numbers or enquiry text are included in these conversion events; form events use a random submission reference to avoid double counting.
Visitors in regions requiring consent, or where I cannot determine the region, choose Accept or Reject before Google advertising tracking loads. Elsewhere it is permitted unless you refuse. Cookie settings lets you change or withdraw your choice at any time. I retain a visitor reference, the time, choice and notice version as evidence of your decision, including later withdrawals. Blocked actions are not replayed after acceptance.
You can also review Google's privacy policy at https://business.safety.google/privacy/ and Meta's at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries and mock-up requests are sent to Stephen at stephen@meadigital.co.uk and stored so I can pick the conversation back up. I keep them only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then remove them when no longer needed.
When you continue from the form, you choose a call time in my booking calendar (Google Calendar). That booking is then covered by Google's own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to show you, correct or delete the enquiry details I hold — just email stephen@meadigital.co.uk. You can also object to my use of your details or raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Ad tracking stays off until you accept the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that acceptance whenever you like. Rejecting the banner doesn't stop you using the site.
