Common questions

How long does a groom take?

Most full grooms take between one and a half and three hours, depending on the size of the dog and the condition of the coat. We'll give you a pickup time when you drop off.

Do you groom nervous dogs?

Yes — we take it slowly, use calm handling and never rush a dog. Nervous dogs do best with regular short visits, and we'll build a routine around them.

What do I need to bring?

Just your dog and their vaccination details on their first visit. Everything else — shampoos, dryers, treats — we provide.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Most dogs suit a groom every 6 to 8 weeks. Breeds with fast-growing coats, like poodles and cockapoos, are usually better every 4 to 6 weeks.
